One Pause Allowed
You can pause your subscription for one month during the 12-month period. This pause automatically extends your subscription to 13 months, ensuring you still receive your full 12 boxes.

Your subscription renews monthly for 12 consecutive months. One pause allowed per year (extends to 13 months).
Subscription Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
Every new order or new subscription is charged at the time of purchase. Subsequent monthly subscription payments are automatically charged on the Friday of the week prior to your scheduled pickup or delivery.
Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription once during the 12-month period. The paused month extends your subscription to 13 months total.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel early after using your pause, or skip a month beyond your one allowed pause, your subscription will automatically end. You will then be charged for each $10 monthly vacuum benefit received during your subscription period.
Reinstating Your Subscription
If you wish to return after cancellation, you may reinstate your subscription at any time by paying a one-time reinstatement fee of $25. Once paid, your subscription continues as normal. Please note that previously charged $10 vacuum fees indicated in the cancellation policy are non-refundable.
Delivery & Flexibility
All boxes are delivered fresh and vacuum-sealed. You’ll receive a reminder before each delivery, and you can update your delivery address anytime through your customer portal.
